Real Estate Is Personal to Me.
I’m Cecilia “Ceci” Gonzalez, Real Estate Broker | REALTOR® and owner of Amethyst Key Real Estate, LLC, brokered by Fathom Realty.
Long before real estate became my profession, service was at the heart of my work. My career has included roles where listening carefully, understanding people’s needs, and providing exceptional care mattered—and those experiences continue to shape the way I serve my real estate clients today.
I believe you deserve more than someone who simply manages a transaction. You deserve a broker who will educate you, tell you the truth, answer your questions, advocate for your interests, and remain personally involved from our first conversation through closing.
That’s the kind of real estate experience I set out to provide when I created Amethyst Key Real Estate.
Independent. Local. Personal. Your broker from consultation to closing.
Before real estate, I spent years working in tourism and marketing for Forsyth County, helping showcase the communities, businesses, attractions, and experiences that make this area special.
That background gave me a perspective on the Triad that goes beyond streets, subdivisions, and property values. I came to know the character of our communities, the places people gather, the local businesses that give an area personality, and the many reasons people choose to put down roots here.
Today, I bring that knowledge into my real estate work. Whether you’re moving across town or relocating to North Carolina for the first time, I can help you look beyond the house itself and better understand the community you may soon call home.
Because finding the right home also means finding the right place to live.

Real estate is too important to feel like you’ve been passed from person to person. When you choose to work with me, you’re choosing a direct relationship with the broker representing your interests.
No wondering who to call or who has the latest information. Your questions, concerns, and decisions come directly to me, and I stay familiar with the details of your transaction from beginning to end.
I don’t believe good representation should feel rushed or impersonal. I take time to explain the process, prepare you for what comes next, and make sure you understand your options before making important decisions.
My role isn’t to push you toward a transaction. It’s to give you straightforward information, identify concerns when I see them, and advocate for your interests—even when that means telling you something you may not have expected to hear.
No handoffs. No call center. No getting lost in a team. Just personalized representation from a broker who knows your story and stays with you through the process.

Buying or selling a home can involve complicated contracts, significant financial decisions, and plenty of uncertainty. But the way you’re treated throughout the process shouldn’t be complicated.
I built Amethyst Key Real Estate around a few principles that guide every client relationship.
I want to understand the person behind the move—not simply the property involved. Your goals, concerns, circumstances, and priorities help shape the way we move forward.
You should understand what you’re signing, what your options are, and why a decision matters. I’ll explain the process and give you the information you need to make choices with confidence.
My responsibility is to give you straightforward guidance, realistic expectations, and my professional perspective—not simply tell you what you want to hear.
Questions are part of real estate. I believe in keeping you informed, preparing you for what comes next, and making sure you’re never left wondering where things stand.
My job is to represent your interests. Whether we’re evaluating a property, considering an offer, negotiating terms, or working through an unexpected issue, your goals remain at the center of the conversation.
Real estate experience isn’t simply measured by the number of transactions completed. It’s reflected in how well you prepare, how carefully you listen, how you respond when challenges arise, and whether your clients feel confident placing an important decision in your hands.
I approach every transaction with preparation
My seller clients benefit from careful preparation, strategic pricing, strong marketing, and hands-on guidance from start to finish. Every home I’ve listed has sold in less than 30 days—a track record I’m proud of and work hard to maintain.
While every property and market is different, my goal is always the same: position your home to attract serious buyers and achieve the strongest possible outcome.
Voted #2 Realtor in Winston-Salem in 2026 by WS Today readers, an honor that means even more because it came from the community I serve.
Representing both buyers and sellers gives me insight into both sides of a transaction—from what helps an offer stand out to what buyers notice when evaluating a home.
Contracts, market conditions, financing, inspections, negotiations, and industry practices continue to evolve. I make ongoing education part of my business so I can provide informed guidance—not simply rely on the way something has always been done.
Our experienced agents will guide you through the buying or selling process, providing expert advice and support every step of the way.
I don’t need to know everything before you ask the question. I do need to know how to find the right answer, explain it clearly, and make sure you have the information you need before moving forward.

For me, home is about the people, traditions, and everyday moments that happen inside it. I’m a wife, a mom, a daughter, a dog mom, a local business owner, and someone who understands that our needs at home change as life moves through different chapters.
My own life has included cross-country moves, raising a family, putting down roots in North Carolina, watching children grow into young adults, and experiencing firsthand how the meaning of “home” evolves over time. Those experiences have shaped the way I connect with clients—especially when a move represents much more than simply changing address.
I also believe being part of a community means contributing to it. Supporting local organizations, schools, small businesses, community events, and causes that bring people together is an important part of both my personal life and the way I’ve chosen to build Amethyst Key Real Estate.
Real state may be what brings us together, but relationships are what I hope remain long after
Choosing a real estate broker is a personal decision. Here are answers to a few questions you may have about working with me and Amethyst Key Real Estate.
Yes. When you choose to work with me, you work directly with me from our initial consultation through closing. I remain personally involved in your transaction, your communication, and the decisions we navigate along the way. There are no handoffs to junior agents or a transaction team.
I primarily serve Winston-Salem, Forsyth County, and communities throughout the surrounding North Carolina Triad, including Lewisville, Clemmons, Kernersville, Pfafftown, Rural Hall, Advance, Bermuda Run, King, Mocksville, Yadkinville, Tobaccoville, High Point, and surrounding areas.
Not sure whether an area is within my service territory? Just ask. If I’m not the right broker for the location you need, I can help point you in the right direction.
Absolutely. Education is an important part of the way I work, and first-time buyers often have more questions simply because they haven’t been through the process before.
I’ll help you understand each stage, explain unfamiliar terminology and documents, prepare you for what comes next, and give you the information you need to make your own informed decisions.
Yes. Relocation is about much more than finding a house. I can help you compare communities, understand the local housing market, narrow your search based on your priorities, and become more familiar with the area before and during your move.
My background in Forsyth County tourism and marketing also gives me a unique perspective on the communities, amenities, attractions, and local character that make this area home.
¡Si! Ofrezco servicios de bienes raíces en español.
Whether you prefer to communicate in English, Spanish, or a combination of both, I’m happy to work with you in the language in which you feel most comfortable.
That’s completely fine. You don’t need a pre-approval, a listing date, or a perfectly formed plan before contacting me.
Some of the best real estate decisions begin well before the actual transaction. We can talk about what you’re considering, answer your questions, discuss what you may want to prepare for, and determine what—if anything—makes sense to do next.
Whether you’re thinking about buying, preparing to sell, relocating to the Triad, or simply have a real estate question, I’d be happy to hear what’s on your mind.
No pressure. No obligation. Just a conversation about where you are and where you’d like to go.
